Lucia Caminos
Lucia Caminos is one of the two playable protagonists of GTA 6, and the first female lead of a modern main GTA game. The very first trailer opens with her in prison.
Lucia's backstory
Rockstar describes Lucia as someone whose father taught her to fight as soon as she could walk. Fighting for her family is what landed her in Leonida Penitentiary. Getting out took luck, and she is determined not to go back.
Her role in the story
Lucia is the driving force of the first trailer: a prison interview, then a life of robberies with Jason. Trailer 2 shows the couple deep in a conspiracy across Leonida. She is fully playable, and the game switches between her and Jason. Read the GTA 6 story so far.
Why Lucia is a big deal
Every main GTA since GTA III has had male protagonists only. Lucia breaks that run, which made her one of the most talked about reveals in the series' history. Meet Jason Duval and the rest of the cast.
